Monday WOD

Happy Monday!  Set your timer for 20 minutes.

1) 30 box jumps (or squat jumps if you don't have a box)
    run around the block (about a quarter mile)

2) until the timer runs out:
    12 walking lunges with dumbbells (I used 25 lbs in each hand)
    9 burpees
    6 pull-ups with a band (or jumping pull-ups if you don't have a band)

3) Yummy protein shake :)
